Our rates account for the services we provide and the values we hold dear. We want to be priced as low as possible while keeping a high level of service to simplify your life while you stay with us. If you’re not fully happy with the rates or services, we would like to hear from you, discuss it with you, and find out how we can improve.
We encourage family holidays and apply discounts for children. We are also committed to maintaining free services so that everyone can enjoy activities without budget restrictions
We have chosen to focus on the holiday experience rather than the lowest price. With this in mind, we will not offer you any promotional prices to encourage you to book very early or to fill in the gaps in the schedule at the last minute. A price promotion is usually supported by higher prices the rest of the time. We have chosen to keep the price fair regardless of the booking period.
