Moreover, we will refund your payment in full and immediately in the following cases:
– You or a person accompanying you during your stay is affected by the coronavirus.
– You are in a containment zone preventing you from going to the campsite.
– The campsite is in a containment zone.

We offer support for choosing your pitch. Your preferences are specific when we have a wide choice of pitches. Rather than impose a particular pitch, I like to exchange with you to ensure that your pitch matches you best … so, above all, do not hesitate to describe what you like. Of course, it is simpler to let you choose if the booking is made early. The more we move in the season, the more difficult it is to answer precisely your request …!
